Situated in Acacia Woodlands in the Lowveld below Mariepskop, Moholoholo Mountain View offers simple, neat and comfortable accommodation for K2C participants and spectators in well appointed, thatched chalets. Eight kilometers from the race venue and with an immersive bushveld atmosphere, Moholoholo Mountain View is ideal for runners who want a bit of comfort but close proximity for the full race experience!

The reserve is home to a wide variety of birds and animals like Buffalo, Rhino, Hippo and Leopard only to name a few, and the Day 2 route traverses the reserve.

2- to 5-sleeper en suite rooms with tea /coffee facilities, fridge and braai area available. Meals can be booked if you prefer a catered option.

Wonderful spot to base yourselves close to the race venue, particularly if you are travelling with spectators who want to explore the Blyde River Canyon, Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, Kruger National Park (Orpen gate 40min away) and more.

Moholoholo also offers tours of their highly acclaimed Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre (meet the famous escape artist honey badger, Stoffel!), Track & Sign Bush Walks and Night Drives on their reserve. Their night drives are perfect for families with children wanting to experience the bush at night, without the worry of big predators.
